yesterday was a freebie day!

ay asked us out for lunch, so we all went over to suntec to eat. after lunch, mandy and yap wanted to get some stuffs from giant, since we were already there. usually, its only the both of them that goes, but somehow, all of us followed this time round. good thing we did tho HAHA. you'll see why.


i usually eat only the sour bear/worms, but mh told me there was this new one that's sour inside out! (not only the surface) and its a different kind of candy too! its more of a chewy candy than a gummy bear kind. what i was supposed to buy was this.


what i bought?


SO DIFFERENT! i cant believe i got them wrong lol. no excuse, even if its the first time im buying them. but you all can go try it out tho. its really not bad. hahha. if only they had mint chews. seriously.. i'd buy like 10packets all at once!

aaaaand, i digress. so ANYWAY. we were done with shopping. was queuing halfway when this aunty suddenly came up to us and gave us a brolly. QUESTIONMARK. so random! then in the middle of our confusion, the cashier aunty cleared our doubts by telling us that its a free gift to celebrate their first year of operations there. HAHAHA. okay. with that cleared, we were happy. free brolly that dropped from the sky! happyhappygirl! lolol. ^^

after we were done, we stood there waiting for yap, and we found out that they were giving out plastic containers next. LOL. and its not even the cheap kind! its the good quality ones that we use to store cookie biscuits and all! #notbad

then came the epic one. they started giving out febreeze. LOL. wei was laughing all the way when we went over to take those stuffs. bought only 2 packets of candy and we got so many freebies! LOL. and because they were free, it made us so happy.

seriously. when i helped ay choose the bananas, i already felt abit like an aunty because i obviously belonged in the tidbits section, but there i was, in the groceries and fruits sections, arguing which was more ripe hahaha. then the freebie thing came about.. totally felt like an aunty.



okay. its about time to get off work. i'll stop here, for now.
